well i did it i got my bg down to 7.5 it was 8.6 but i still need to have it 7 so i will work at that for you that don't know what a ac1 test it a blood test for people with diabetes that tells the doctor how much sugar is in your blood over a three month time i still doing everything i do and a maybe become the head person for the coast post well in the next few weeks take care shelly
