Well I doing my blog today as I have not had time this week to do it so here goes sorry everyone well we got the coast post out and I'm glad it got somewhat on time. I going to hang out with jade on friday and were going to the mall so wish us luck we going to need it ha ha. I can't wait for chirstmas and my cat can't wait ether as they know are gifts for them. I did my blood test and it was 12.4 so it has come down somewhat so I happy. I will blog more this week thanks shelly

It's snowing here in vancouver and it very cold so I did mt blood test it was 17.4 so it still high and I feel ok. So hope your week has been good my has been busy and I have this week just as busy. I have to start my article for the january iusse of the coast post and I don't know what to wirte about I will think of some thing. I have done some shopping for my cat and they are going to like there gifts. My cats love getting gifts and most of all giving gifts so I wii blog more this week see ya shelly

I beem busy this week but it all good. The coast post is almost ready to be printed and I wrote a little bit about diabetes this month and also my list is going to be in it. I am off to theo in a little bit too. Glad the week is almost done now for clean up of my place oh well maybe not? I don't see jade tomorrow so I will see next friday so no swiming this week more time to blog than. I did my blood test yesturday and it was 15.4 so it still high I will call my doctor soon to see her about that one more thing on my to do list?. I have not do any big xmas shopping yet but i plan to shop on line over the weekend. well I geuss that all for now shelly

Well it cold here in vancouver and it the end of the weekend. The end of a busy week I finshed my list for the coast post and I done some chirstmas shopping over the weekend. On friday I went swiming with jade and I going to my clubhouse on monday no time tis week for anything oh well I like to be busy. I did my blood test today and it was 20.4 that still high so I will call my doctor this week when i have time. hope everyone has a good weekend shelly

Hi Everyone

I just did a test and blood sugars were 8.9. I am happy because they are starting to go down as my last test was 18.9 so finely it comeing down. I work today on the list of free things to do at xmas in vancouver for the coast post. I will meet with jade tomorrow and do some more swiming. I have had a busy week as I writeing this I am at theo bc for my computer class and I am almost finshed that. Hope to blog more over the weekend and Yes I did get my meter fix shelly.

hi everyone it shelly i just found out that my mom has frozen shoulder and it really painful for her but she doing ok. i went to the coast clubhouse today and did some work on the coast post so that was fun. i will try to blog more this week and maybe put some pic up too. If you please help with any ideas on frozen shoulder that would be great thanks shelly

hi everyone my meter is not working today but i got i reading of 17.4 which is really high so anyways i was talking to other diabetics about books and websites and boy everyone has a some thing to be said i feel that it is up to your own doc and you to look at what work for you. tell me what you think thanks shelly

Hi everyone it me shelly

well I on my way to theo bc and what I day I have had I tested my blood sugar and it was 21.6 that is high But anyways I have been playing with my cats all morning, so I ate a little bit and now I feel better.

Can anyone tell me if the flu shot can up your blood sugar as I had my yestrday and it went up

I have had type 2 diabetes for eight months and hope to use this blog as a way to meet people who also have diabetes and for really anyone to get info on diabetes. I am working on a web page and hope to have it up and running soon.
